Cablecast 5.0.8 Release Notes ========================================================= * Bug 6956 | SX-Live servers fail if using AT&T U-verse profile -SX-Live Servers can now make use of the AT&T profile. This may require updating the CablecastDeviceControl application configuration file on certain servers. * Bug 7130 | Device Assignments do not show 'Record' assignments -The Device Assignment listing now shows record devices. * Bug 7140 | Force Menu Breaks When Certain Characters Are Present In Output Name -Fixes an issue where certain characters such as ampersands would cause the Force Matrix not to work properly. * Bug 7342 | Cablecast does not create Play events for manual records where the source is a Digital File device -The correct play events are now created for record runs that have a digital file device as a source. * Bug 7421 | SX sometimes encodes faster than real time -Fixed an issue where a corrupt video signal could cause the SX to record faster than real time resulting in large and unusable files. * Bug 7481 | Cablecast fails to find files that were previously deleted -This fixes an issue where files that were removed from a video server's content drive and then added back at a later date would fail to be recognized. Cablecast will now find the files when they are re-added. * Bug 7487 | SXConfiguration playback progress bar is not accurate -The playback progress bar now accurately represents the current position of the file being played. * Bug 7498 | Web Interface allows users to delete all of their Locations -Users can no longer delete all locations. Cablecast must have at least one location. * Bug 7534 | Cablecast Control Module guide is missing serial port diagrams -The images are now back where they belong. * Bug 7562 | UtahScientificRCP1CM does not work correctly with 100x series routers -Newer Utah 100x routers do not respond with a termination character required by the RCP-1 protocol We have removed the requirement for this character from the UtahRCP control module.
