      * Bug 7627 | Find and Replace Batch Function does not correctly set AM / PM
-Fixes an issue where the Find and Replace Batch Function would not respect the start and end times inputted by the user. These times are now respected when searching for programs to replace.

      * Bug 7906 | Create Series Batch Function fails when reusing Show IDs
-Fixed an issue where creating shows using the create series batch function would violate a database constraint causing the operation to fail.

                * Bug 8225 | Cablecast Service fails to start correctly if database is not ready
-Fixed an issue where the Cablecast Service would not completely start if the database was not ready. This situation was common after reboots and windows updates. The service now pauses startup until the database is ready.

                * Bug 8227 | VODs sometimes fail to retranscode
-Fixed an issue where retranscoding would not properly prepare the source files if preparing the source files was not required for the original transcode.

                * Bug 8243 | VOD audio bitrates are higher than necessary
-Changed the VOD transcoder to use a lower audio bitrate to reduce file sizes without compromising audio quality.

      * Bug 8247 | Autopilot fails if a cue is longer than the digital file
-Fixed an issue where autopilot would fail if a cue was set longer than the file. Autopilot now sends completely and returns an error message about the cue value.

                * Bug 8274 | Custom thumbnail uploads are broken
-Fixed an issue that prevented custom thumbnails uploaded to the show record from being recognized.

                * Bug 8280 | Clicking a run in the runs list brings you to the record schedule
-Fixed an issue where the link generated in the Show Record Previous Runs list would incorrectly direct the user to the Record schedule.

      * Bug 8281 | Digital file record runs with missing file cause Autopilot to fail
-Fixed an issue that would cause Autopilot sends to fail if a digital file record run did not have a file. The send now succeeds with a warning message about the missing file.

                                    * Bug 8303 | UtahCM doesn't work for back-to-back switches on some newer routers
-Modified the UtahRCP1CM to wait briefly after executing a switch command.  This allows two shows to start at the same time on different channels.  Without this fix, one of the switches would fail due to limitations of the routing switcher.

      * Bug 8305 | Files using 2:3 or 3:2 pulldown are incorrectly marked as valid
-Fixed an issue with digital files using pulldown were incorrectly marked as valid leading to audio sync issues. These files are now correctly marked as invalid.

                * Bug 8324 | VOD Player fullscreen does not work in IE 11
-Updated our VOD player to support new fullscreen APIs in Internet Explorer 11.

      * Bug 8330 | Public site search results displayed incorrect view link for VOD
-Fixed an issue where search results displayed the pop up window player instead of bringing the user to the show detail page with the embedded player.
