      * Bug 8465 | VOD Configuration shows Control Module Sets from all Locations
-Fixed an issue where the configuration page for Video On Demand would show Control Module Sets from all Locations. The list is now correctly filtered by Location.

      * Bug 8466 | Incorrectly configured Video On Demand can cause file deletion
-Cablecast 5.3.2 added a routine to clean up the VOD content directory, removing unneeded files. If a multi-location system was configured such that all locations used the same VOD server, the system would delete all VOD files. We have changed the behavior to only delete files when a newly transcoded file replaces an existing VOD.
