      * Bug 2994 | RSS Alerts finish as active bulletins
-RSS Alert bulletins are now managed from the Active Alert Bulletins list instead of Active Bulletins list, as all other Alert bulletins (Standard and Weather) are managed.

      * Bug 3062 | Typo when editing groups
-The word 'to' has been replaced by 'do' in the group editing page.

                * Bug 3421 | underscores in the picture block name
-Underscore characters were removed from the spaces in the Picture Block name.

                * Bug 3447 | Copy/Move a crawl bulletin shouldn't allow for saving to a bulletin package
-The option to Copy a Crawl bulletin into a Bulletin Package has been removed as it has never had that functionality.
