      * Bug 3545 | Display turned off/on generates an error in a zone with clock
-Exception handling was added when the clock updates within the timer's tick context.

                * Bug 3621 | The Event Display System is unable to access the Ad Astra database resulting in an error
-The connection was opened between the Event Display System and Ad Astra enabling data retrieval.

      * Bug 3656 | Live video A/V sync drifts overtime
-Optimized the way the incoming video stream is processed to ensure that the audio and video stay in sync.

      * Bug 3671 | DisplayEngine crashes with UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException
-Fixed a problem that was causing the DisplayEngine to exit when it failed to establish a connection to communicate with the helper that controls background audio.

      * Bug 3676 | Carousel now distributes QuickTime 7.6
-QuickTime 7.6 is installed during the Carousel upgrade process.

      * Bug 3679 | New media packages
-Fresh templates and backgrounds were added for banner zones, 4X3 zones, 16X9 zones, and 9X16 zones.  Updated dynamic templates and standard templates are included in zip files for convenient uploading.
