                * Bug 4008 | Added Bulletin Reporting
-We added a new tab under "Manage Bulletins" to do simple reports of bulletins that have been displayed.

                                                        * Bug 6109 | Add support for CAP (common alert protocol)
-Carousel now supports CAPPOST to commands. See Carousel manual appendix for more information.

                * Bug 6119 | Add option to justify text in digital clock
-Digital clock now supports setting text alignment.

                          * Bug 6294 | Add embedded link to individual bulletin's web preview
-In the public web site, links in the bulletin description are now made to be hyperlinks that are clickable in the zone viewer.

                * Bug 6297 | Not all forms of military time can be input
-You can now input military time into time input fields as either "17:00" or "1700".

                                                                                                                    * Bug 6352 | Unselecting "Until Manually turned off" should take user to Todays date on Calendar
-Previously the bulletin would remain scheduled for its original schedule, which could be way in the past. We now will switch it to be current for today so you don't have to click back in the calendar to find it.

                                                                                                          * Bug 6404 | Test if player cache directory works
-We added a new test to the Display Engine connection tester to make sure player file permissions are correct.

                                                                            * Bug 6521 | Some French characters show up as a diamond with a question mark in the template editor
-The template editor now allows accented and unicode characters to show up properly.

                                                        * Bug 6604 | Bulletin lists and housekeeping can be filtered by deleted users
-You now have the ability to view or remove bulletins owned by users that have been deleted from FrontDoor.

                          * Bug 6627 | Add ability to update all weather bulletin backgrounds
-You can now select or add a background to apply to all weather types to make integrating a weather bulletin into a seamless background easier.

                          * Bug 6681 | RSS Feeds don't obey proxy server config overrides
-Resolved an issue related to downloading dynamic content in RSS and iCal bulletins when using a proxy server. Due to their complexity, web page snapshots may not work behind some proxy servers.

                                                                                                * Bug 6745 | Support for international date/time formats
-The web ui and display engine now will run on systems with localized date/time formats.

      * Bug 6746 | Allow bulletins to display international characters
-Bulletins will now display and properly wrap most language's text in bulletin text blocks.

                          * Bug 6750 | Bulletins run until manually turned off by default
-New bulletins are now set to "Until Manually Turned Off" by default.

                                                        * Bug 6768 | Rendered bulletins look slightly different than previous releases
-In order to support internationalization, we're now using a new rendering engine to render bulletins. We've made every effort to make it appear the same as before, but there are some cases where text may not fit properly in blocks.  If you notice this, it's best to turn on "Size Text to Fit" or reduce the font size to the next smaller option.

                                                                                                                              * Bug 6847 | Certain weather locations can throw an error
-We now catch a condition where certain weather information isn't returned from WeatherBug. This information will now be listed as "Unknown" instead of throwing an error.

      * Bug 6851 | Require FrontDoor 5.4 for installation
-FrontDoor 5.4 must be installed before upgrading to Carousel 6.3.

                * Bug 6869 | Add Housekeeping Metadata
-Housekeeping now shows bulletin descriptions before removal for further clarity.
