      * Bug 6990 | Interactive helper does not work on x64 systems
-The interactive helper now works properly on x64 systems.

      * Bug 7013 | Flash helper doesn't work correctly sometimes
-The flash helper is once again respecting the length of it's media.

      * Bug 7026 | Bulletin packages can fail to install on international systems
-Uploaded bulletin packages now work correctly on non-english versions of Windows.

      * Bug 7027 | Location input fails when creating weather bulletin on international systems
-Weather bulletins now provide a field for Latitude and a separate field for Longitude.  This prevents issues in locales that use the commas as a decimal delimiter.

      * Bug 7030 | Text Outline can be rendered incorrectly on international systems
-The text outline will no longer be inexplicably huge on international systems.

      * Bug 7036 | Digital clock is rendered in the wrong postion when using a negative vertical offset
-The Digital clock is now rendered in the correct location.

      * Bug 7042 | Some text does not show in IE when editing Event Schedule bullentins
-Fixed an issue that was causing some of the text on this page to not show up when viewed in IE.

      * Bug 7046 | Dynamic bulletin rendering can use a significant amount of CPU time
-Fixed an issue that was causing dynamic bulletin rendering to take a very large amount of processor time.

      * Bug 7047 | Event Schedule Bulletin On/Off dates are not correctly handled on international systems
-Event Schedule bulletins now work correctly when dates are specified in DD/MM/YY format, as well as MM/DD/YY.

      * Bug 7052 | uploaded PSD files are considered invalid on x64 systems
-.psd files can once again be uploaded to x64 Carousel systems.

      * Bug 7058 | International systems can fail to log messages to the Event Viewer
-International systems now properly log all messages to the Event Viewer.
