      * Bug 7108 | "Until Manually Turned Off" should get de-selected when bulletin on / off dates are modified
-"Until Manually Turned Off" is now automatically de-selected when specific dates and times are set.

      * Bug 7195 | TRMS log filled with "Error updating media...  An item with the same key has already been added."
-Cleaned up an error message that was polluting the Event Viewer logs.

      * Bug 7262 | Carousel DisplayEngine can crash while exiting on Windows XP
-We now correctly handle errors while shutting down the Display Engine.

      * Bug 7282 | Weather update logs erroneous error message to Event Viewer
-Weather bulletins will no longer log an error message every time they update.  Instead, they will only log an error message when an error occurs.

                * Bug 7362 | DE app config for error recovery should be on by default
-The DisplayEngine has had a recovery mechanism for when the connection to the monitor is lost for an extended period.  This mechanism is now 'On' by default.  It can be disabled in the configuration file.
