Cablecast 4.5.4 Release Notes ========================================================= * Bug 636 | "Not sent to hardware" Autopilot wording can be misleading -If you choose to not send events to hardware, a stronger message appears on the autopilot report screen reminding you that this was a effectively a "test" send--no events were sent to your devices. * Bug 937 | Autopilot does not clear out the event list when no schedule is sent -If autopilot had previously sent events to a device, and you later modify your schedule such that the device now has NO events, resending autopilot would not clear out the events for the device. This would cause the device to play, for example, even if the router never switched to it. Now, autopilot clears out all old events for all devices before sending new events. * Bug 1051 | New Control Module Host names are confusing -Instead of being named "localhost," new Control Module Hosts are named "New Control Module Host" so they aren't confused with existing hosts. * Bug 1052 | Viewing Control Module logfiles is confusing in the CM Hosts screen -Viewing logs has now been moved to the Control Module Sets page, where it makes a bit more sense. * Bug 1062 | DVDImport ignores dB adjustments for LPCM audio encoded discs -LPCM encoded discs now support normalization and dB adjustments. However, LPCM does not support dynamic compression. * Bug 1065 | Poor error handling and database connection handling in WebService & Public site -Cleaned up resource usage and error handling in an effort to make the public site more efficient. * Bug 1075 | Feeder locations are taking back to their default inputs too early -A small delay was added to feeder location switching to ensure that primary locations switches back before the feeder location switches. * Bug 1079 | Manual Events are not included in the Extras items -Manual events are now included in the Print Schedule, RSS Schedule, Web Schedule, and iCal Schedule. * Bug 1152 | SierraSVS Control Module now supports Level-based switching -There is an entry in the .config file to set which levels to switch. * Bug 1206 | Autopilot improperly bumps multi-reel shows on video servers -Autopilot now ignores any errant jump duration settings for video servers. * Bug 1208 | Autopilot improperly bumps shows on some devices if the runs are too close together -Autopilot now properly assigns devices when the lead time (wake time + jump time + load time) has a conflict and another device is available. * Bug 1214 | Batch functions ignore CGExempt settings -Batch functions now adhere to a show's CGExempt setting. * Bug 1216 | Removing shows from Schedule doesn't mark Schedule as modified -Removing shows from schedule now flags the Schedule as out-of-date, reminding you to send autopilot to commit the changes to the hardware
